Does the product require to pay import taxes?

What should I do if I am not at home when the parcel arrive?
Because the parcel is require to be sign for, if you are out at the time of delivery. The delivery person will leave a contact card for you.

Can I exchange products?
Based on the following conditions, the customer may request an exchange (subject to stock availability) and must request an exchange by email within three days of receiving the goods:
- The customer received the goods that did not match the order;
- All labels, product labels, and boxes must be completed and returned to Kyotsujigyo;
- The customer is responsible for returning the wrong items to Kyotsujigyo and Kyotsujigyo should bear expenses of return shipping cost.
