We support shipping services in 17 international regions. The service is provided by Hong Kong EMS Speedpost.

Shipping location includes United States, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Romania, India, UAE and South Africa.

1. The customer received the goods that did not match the order;
2. All labels, product labels, and boxes must be completed and returned to Kyotsujigyo;
3. The customer is responsible for returning the wrong items to Kyotsujigyo and Kyotsujigyo should bear expenses of return shipping cost.
